I don't understand how you can say that, and in the next sentence that the EU would be better off without the United Kingdom?
If it will cost us a lot more (and I'm talking about raising the Swedish net cost by almost half as much), how can the Brexit be beneficial in any way to the Union? Does this not mean that England actually *did* contribute far more to our union than they are now credited for?
There's something rotten in the state of the European Union. And seemingly, in the state of the Netherlands as well, if you are typical for all Dutch people.
