No, that's not what I said. You have a firmly held opinion of Brexit and, by not reading what I said carefully, you trot out the nearest answer you can think of to support your views.
He believes that a no deal Brexit will not be the disaster that people think and that it will give the us freedom that people voted for three years ago. He believes that the present "deal" does not give us that freedom, and neither did the House of Commons when they voted it out three times.
