Not while they close ranks with Ireland. As long as Ireland thinks there is a possibility of a deal, then all the other states will keep the door open, i.e. they will grant another extension. The Irish foreign minister was today more upbeat about a deal while in the past he had been very negative.
The EU is keeping this going to support Ireland, not to pander to the UK.
