That's not something I'd thought about nor, as far as I remember, heard it discussed. I suspect, though, (and I don't know the wording of the Benn act) that any deal that is not acceptable to the House is a no deal, but I may be wrong.

But if I'm right it looks like carte blanche for procrastinators!

Well, it may be put to the test ...
