We call it "contactless".

It's £30 in the UK but if it's registered on an iPhone then it's not bound by a limit as it is deemed to be more secure. However I was in Vienna a couple of months ago and a shop called Loden-Plankl set their own limit of 50 euros on Apple-pay so I still had to use my PIN.
