It is sad times, when a ZC doesn't even know his P4. First of all, in FidoNet any rules about mail is about netmail. Secondly, even if it had been a netmail, this is what P4 has to say about it:
If someone is saying one thing in public and saying the opposite in private mail, the recipient of the private mail should not be subjected to harassment simply because the sender requests that the message not be released.

You and Nick are repeatedly calling me a liar. In a defamation case private conversation is admissible. DUH! What other evidence can there be in a he said, you said case?
