As far as I can recall -- absolutely nothing.
But then I must admit that I know very little of Belgium at all. I've been there only once, hitch-hiking to Paris, a not very pleasant experience of Belgium, but I will spare you the details.
The most important thing about Belgium that springs to mind, is that you once (still?) had an impressive 12,5% property title stamp duty. A genius tax to reduce property speculation.
I know far more about your neighbouring country (NL). Been there and worked there many times, and I loved it (except for all the dog shit on the pavements).
