did you made an inspection of the R34 Boss segments in the pointlist itself?
you still will notice, that only bossnode segments listed, where Bossnodes are alive !
So the listing which segment has been implemented is based on the filedate but doesnt reflect the whole content.
In the pointlist creation process each delivered segments of each boss segment content will be checked each week against the current nodelist. If a bossnode is listed down or is no longer listed, the segment will be skipped. The compiler produces a 40K log every week about skipped boss segments, wrong format of pointlines and much more errors.
The rest of the R34 segment inclusion is based on an agreement with the R34 RC after the former RPK gets lost by an HD crash. So if you'll find an R34 boss segment in the resulting Z2PNT this bossnode is still listed in the current nodelist. No matter of the filedate of the R34 segment in the header
