You're right, the WHO is right, and I didn't mean to say anything different: *in* *this* *phase*.

This is exactly what I was trying to say: the way was utterly wrong, starting on wrong assumptions and no data at all.

This is what we don't know yet, because we don't have sufficient data to tell how a random guest or different kinds of guests really react to the virus. Until then we'll have to be very careful. OTOH, developing a vaccine will take many months, too (probably something between 1 and 2 years), no country can be run in lockdown for a time that long.
