Unfortunately, all these data are hardly comparable. Every country has different testing capabilities and processes. In no country it is known how many undetected infections and thus undetected recoveries there really are. The latest study I read about this yesterday was estimating that Germany (doing quite many tests) detects about 15% of all infections whereas the USA are below 2% (and South Korea at about 50%).
