Yes, but that is not the issue it has to do with mbse and possibly my set up.
I have removed all aka's other than 2:250/1 which is the one used with fiels and echo areas etc.
I have changed my system to route bad 25 and 250 addresses to 2:25/21 and yes not the ideal address to use as it should be more like 2:0/21 but as that was refused I will have to try this one any way.
Changed a few hours ago so will see what happens.
