You are miscalculating that. How long is a standard sea containr of 2 TEU? Yes, 12 meters. How long is an ordinary Englisch Narrow Boat? Yes, 22 meters. So that does not fit!

If that container dropped of the ZOE, the Narrow Boat would be broken too, so that's not the most safe way of transport then.
