Maybe the sysop doesn't respond, but technically the 2:480/25 is still up (as only node in the region). It also presents a number of AKA's, but the entries for those AKA's in the nodelist are not correct...

The IP points to a vps service, so it's probably a vps that happily purrs on unattended...
