I have used such a contruct when someone sent me files, with copyrighted content, in the process of testing the mailer he was developing.
But it not always easy to unify such a construct with your postprocessing.
As for what is needed in de config file for binkd. The situation with between binkd en dbridge can as best be compared with husky and binkd, with binkd.cfc generated from the husky config with the filter that comes with it.
It does not allow for the fancy option in the binkd config file.
