I am not so sure about common sense, that may remain a scarce resource forever. But for IPv6 there is no need to resort to belief. IPv6 is coming, denial is not a river in Egypt. It is going slow, but there is no doubt that it will eventually become the dominant protocol on the InterNet. If Fidonet will live to see it is another matter. It may take another decade or two and Fidonet may not live that long.
But as long as I and Fidonet are still around I will continue tp promote IPv6 in Fidonet.
