Im am not going to blame IBM for OS/2 not implementing IPv6 any more than I am going to blame Ford for their model T not having disk brakes, air bags and ABS. OS/2 and the T-Ford are products that were revolutionary at the time, but that now are museum pieces no longer supported by the manufacturers. I would not drive a T-Ford on a public road these days and certainly not on the Autobahn during the rush hour.
An OS not supporting IPv6 almost two decades into the third millennium is just not state of the art.

Kabeldeutschland offers native IPv6 so out of the windows goes your excuse. Plus that for those that can not have native IPv6, there are still free tunnel providers. Anyone wanting their Fidonet node to have IPv6 connectivity can have it.
