So you either:
1) Are using crappy software that fucked up the quoted text.
Or:
2) Have manually edited the quoted text.
or
3) Will claim something else happened beyond your control.

FYI: I am not the only one to know. Look at Michael's screen shot and how it looked on his screen. In his screenshot the umlauted o in your first name is displayed as the Cyrillic 'f'. Look up the hex codes for the cyrillic 'f'in CP866 and the hex codes for the umlated o in CP850 and Latin-1.
