Still no definite "no". They are still talking but Barnier is not optimistic and the clock is ticking. Maybe, just maybe in the last minute they will find a soltution for the Irish border that is acceptable to all concerned.
Today is the day of the Queen's speech. I wonder what she will say. She can hardly avoid the subject of Brexit, but what can she say? The weather forecast for 31 October is more reliable.
Maybe she will say nothing and this Queen's speech will just be empty words.
