They are still talking, so the miracle is still possible. The route now seems to be a "status aparte" for Northern Ireland and a border in the Irish Sea.
The DUP is against. But contrary to May who needed the DUP for a majority in Parliament, Boris Johnson does not have a majority anyway even with the DUP, so he does not really need them. He could ignore the DUP and try for a deal without them. This could possible be acceptable for the EU.
And then we may see the Benn Act come to the test when the UK Parliament turns it down...
