That's not what I hear this side of the Channel. Here is it "moderate optimism". The Brexit negotiation team seems to believe the miracle is still possible.
I just hope the people of Northern Ireland will finally be able to accept that there is no perfect solution and that they have to live with the lesser of several evils.
