Idem. Once again it is demonstrated that making predictions is not my strong point. I really did not expect this last minute deal.
But let's not open the bottle of champaign yet. To make it happen, it stil needs the fiat of Brittish parliament, the EU parliament and the 27 EU members.
Brittish parliament will most likely not be a problem. EU parliament will not be able to give a verdict before 1 jan, so they have been effectively side tracked. Which I do not like btw.
The 27? I prefer to decline from giving a prediction...
I would not be surprised if this "independant court of arbitration" will have lots of work in the coming years...
