The 2000 is the 1246 page actual document of the treaty plus the ca 800 page "attaches". Rounded to about 2000 pages.

Boris Johnson showed a pack of papers in his "victory speech". Ik looked like single sided. But in a 1000 page book, the pages are numbered one for each side are they? One sheet in a book has two page numbers. So I would say the same goes for the treaty. Printed single or double, it is stll 1246 mumbered pages.
