So can I. So can Kees, so can Wilfred. We all are technically capable. But I do not think taking hats that should go to a sysop of another network is going to help improve the smooth operation of the network.

The shortage of willing an able people to fill *C positions is not a temporay problem. This has been a problem for at least a decade if not two. And it isn't getting better.
That problem will not be solved by temporarely fill vacant NC or RC position by sysops from amother net or region. More drastic measures are needed. Such as merging nets and/or regions.
