That remains to be seen.
1) As it stands he will have some difficulty accessing those EUR/USD/GDP assets.
2) Some dictators die of old age in luxury but others do not. In general the occopational hazards of dictatorship are serious. Some get killed by a rival. Some get killed by their own people. Some see no other way out than to take their own life. And some end up before a tribunal in The Hague...
