Of course they would be annoyed. And the airlines won't be the only ones. That isn't going to change the fact that after a no deal Brexit any arrangement made as operating from an EU country will be null and void for Brittish companies. So Brittish airlines will have to renegotiate landing rights etc. Not just with the EU but with all of the rest of the world as well.
