A daughter of mine lives on the top floor with her child, my granddaughter. But by Feb.8th she's expecting another baby and there's a need for more space. That's what I'm creating ... plus a spare bedroom for when you come visiting.
When I'm done with that, my office and editing-room needs to be rebuilt. Then there's a request by the wife for a hobby-room to store all her crapfff.... I mean things.
