Before making a gratuitous swipe at "the Z2 level of nodelist generation" pls try to understand the issue you are talking about.
Both flagged ";E-" entries are already present in the respective REGION24- and REGION50-segments when they are delivered at "the Z2 level of nodelist generation".
As a consequence MAKENL regards them as a comment line and in the most appropriate way does nothing with them, as it should be.
Correct?
