Probably not but I'd doubt if it carries any really secretive things. I find it an ugly design...

The thing that I wonder about is, is the general Russian population really that stupid they believe the rethoric or is the propaganda that powerful even in times of modern technology?
I still remember my stay in St.Petersburg (I will never forget those 2 weeks) when I went for a walk, went to the musea etc ... that when you look at people's faces in the street, they looked away, staring into the void trying to avoid "being noticed" ... I think still a remainder from communism.
As a result of the tsaristic rule Russians never were free, they always were oppressed. And when the communists took over it wasn't liberation but just a change to another style of opression. Then when glasnost and perestrojka happened they had no clue how to deal with it and that left the playing field open for a cancer in human form such as Putin.
And I don't even think Putin is the problem, but the machinery of power withing the Kremlin.
As for the wreck of the Moskva, Ukraine has already declared it a site of Ukrainian cultural heritage.
