Not really, there are a number of specific requests ...
The best routing-scheme is to follow the top-down trail from the top of the tree to the bottom. It will always work. And if the top of the tree in each zone connects to the top of the tree in every other zone, then inter-zone netmail is not a problem either...
The problem starts when individuals who occupy no logical spot in any distribution, start drawing the netmail to them. And then it becomes a political game ... mail will be lost ... the *C at the appropriate level will be blamed and more non-standard routes for netmail will be invented to solve the routing-problem which was caused by applying non-standard routes.
I reach every RC/region in Z2, every RC reaches every NC/net. No need for silly illogical routing tables, never had them, never needed them ...
