Please explain to me the concept of how a node can be CM, meaning "Node accepts mail 24 hours a day" and at the same carry Pvt meaning "a private node with unlisted number".
To me it seems to be an older annotation of an internet-only node of which, after the advent of the newer makenl, the "Pvt" part can safely be dropped.
You are free to discuss this with me and present argumentation demonstrating the notions here need expanding and/or re-defining.
On another note, you could've just as easily addressed this in netmail. Any need for heading down the political path?
If the R20 NCs, not "your NCs", are pretty much autonomous, have you checked with Christer why this is so? No? Maybe it's a good time to start doing so ..
