As I said before ... there "will be" a deal soon enough.
Boris cannot afford not to have one and the reason there will be a deal is not Covid19 nor the stuck truckers, but the fact that the trade between the UK and the EU is a 500 milliard Euro operation which he cannot let get sour over a 625 million problem of which only 5% is disputed.
There will be a deal and the EU will do what it can to get it approved. If necessary the deadline will be altered.
