What I understood from his explanation, but my German may be flawed, is that Torsten has taken over control of the 2432-segment, there's no auto-processing of sent-in updates, changes have to be called-in by phone, email or netmail ... and Torsten kept the entry although the node had folded 4 years prior ....

I auto-fiddle around in every segment when it gets delivered here, it's one of the reasons we still have a functional nodelist.
