Well, when it comes to "haute finance", we do believe that is the case. We have the best brothels and the best restaurants, that's where it all happens. ;-)

The former statement certainly is true, and the latter ??
In fact, why is all that in Brussels? Also NATO? And SHAPE? Might that be because neither Germany nor France nor Italy wanted any of the other big ones to have all that? Or is it really because we have the best brothels and restaurants too? :-)
