In today's Fido-IP community the only reason why an RC would choose not to provide service is because he or she is an idiot.

Far less efficient and powerful than you want people to believe, The NAB has not been rendered obsolete, it's just the path lines that become longer.
Plus the flood of dupes recently imo was caused within that oh so efficient Fidoweb.
