It's not about windows, it's about my self-developed fidonet software. After the sale of the company that owned the programming library, i was allowed to use them as long as i want for my own needs. But i'm not allowed to pass the software to others. It was freely available until ca. 1997 and went "private" after the last node has stopped to use it.
