At least i'm not a fan of dupes. Fidoweb creates a lot of them and it's a lot of work to prevent them. Yes, one can simply let the dupecheker do it's job, but that's fighting the symptoms and not the cause.
Not having a clear echo distribution structure (hey, *ECs!?) is clearly a major flaw in the "post 2k era". As much as Fidoweb eases the live of sysops, it's a pain in the ass regarding dupes.
So as long as my pre2k-mentality does not create more dupes than the current echomail flow does, i'm quite happy.

BTW: I know it was the best you could do when fidonet deteroided and we can be thankful for it, but again, the dupes...
