Not true in .cz. They test mainly people who feel ill so far. Then also people who were in contact with already proven infections (same home, same team, etc.). OK, there are few related to protected people like police, etc. And paied commercial tests (people who paied it for themselves).
Also test are focused to active virus. No check for dead virus patterns.
Weird results then (so many not infected). I would say that chance that 95% reported as tested and not infected are people who alredy went through infection is pretty high.
