OK. Talking about Fashion there. Tarifs - you mean customs. But most of goods are produced in China, or better now Ethiopia or Bangladesh. So customs applies anyway (entering EU). What I am saying, there is just few new parts of processes where you have to think - if you need to sell in EU or UK. Nothing else, in that area.

There are certian levels. In 3PL world, e.g. actual setup of high level 3PL is like: customs get data and if no reaction in 20 minutes, no need to wait (complete delay 20 minutes per truck, which you can use for paperwork anyway). Using daily... Time to time custom check (1 truck from 1000?).
Whole brexit training in my branch was about 20 minutes...
Speaking about logistics and "normal" goods - there are no surprises...
