OK. But I did not think about religion. I mean - that has nothing to do with religion. (Similar like bribes mentality in .ua - you would never believe until you personally experience that, system)
I had female boss once (.cz). She was not bad to me (she covered many parties I came late from ;-)

Also - we learnt from covid time some lessons. So many meaningless meetings were cancelled. No need anymore to pack in small meeting rooms. Home office is not dirty word anymore. Etc.
BTW, it is nice to observe how our .cz legislation is not ready for home office as a such. My company should check first aid kit at my home, prevents occupation accidents, etc. ;-) If I hear approx. 30 people in background calling my collegue at homeffice in India - I have to smile...
