It is a very dangerous psychologic catch used now by militarians: there is _much_ easier to kill a human when you see it on a monitor screen rather than "eye-to-eye" *even* if he/she stays one meter far from you. According to psychologists' researches, only near 10% of people are able to shoot their vis-a-vis while more than 80% can put the cursor to the pictogram using joystick and press the "Fire" button on it _even_ when they will know that they will kill real human.
Russian army doesn't kill people - officers just launch missiles. U.S. and European mass media reports all are propaganda, you see. :)
As such, I completely reject both European and Ukrainian position about "no fire on Russian territory". No fire - no war. No war - no worries.
