Let's imagine the Swedes are idiots and had initiated the war with Russia. Stockholm is 540 km away from Kaliningrad (where a number of our 9K720 are located), Goteborg is in 630 km, Malmo is in 500. That's approx. 5 minutes before irrecoverable damage could be done.
