Here in Russia if you have "unlimited" tariff (all cable operators have these) at, say, 1 Gbps for 1000 RUB per month, you are still under a limit of
1/9*60*60*24*30/1024 == 281.25 Tb/month
Obviously enough, that's just a theoretical limit - practical could be less.
