Am I then mistaken in thinking that your state does electronic voting using those voting machines that apparently can be hacked with ease? If not is it like the old Florida type ballot with 'hanging tabs' or whatever they called them. I was there for that election <G>

Thus the ballot is ignored if there is no proper marking. Meaning, it is not counted.
