I have seen other ballots accepted my Herr Fuhrer that only had 3 yes votes and nuttin more.
Sorry Paul, people are injecting the local voting laws into this process.
btw I dont condone the bjerk nonsense in the ballots no matter how accurately it describes him and I have been scolding elsewhere.
