Yes.  In reading his NetMail again, he does say the NetMail was from a point.  He believes that it was the origin address that was causing FastEcho to ignore the messages.

In Squish we have the "Forward From" keyword that controls who is allowed to forward mail through your system.  Does FE have something similar?  Perhaps he wasn't set to "Forward From *".
