So far three things have been found missing and/or wrong with FTS-0001.016.
1) Section B, Missing any kind of "digit" variable, defining a single number, 0-9.
2) Section B, "seconds" variable does not allow for a leap second, which may not be a problem if nothing else allows for it, but it seems the original author of FSP-1040 (which originally reference ABNF) took that into account using zeroToSixty.
3) Section F, The month variable is set to 0-11, and not 1-12. There is no month 0, and would never be used that way. January is month #1, December is month #12.
If everyone wants me to fully reference FTS-0001, and not ABNF, those three (so far, and just for this specific part of the proposal that seems to have issues with a few here) things would need to be resolved.
Regards, Nick
