MBSE (by default) only tosses inbound mail from secure sessions.  It is then
the sysop's responsibility to check the unsecured inbound regularly and act on
any mail received.  The issue with Mystic is that it will (by default) not
allow incoming sessions from nodes that do not have a session password
configured.
