I have checked with a diffrent tool, that is shure to be able to read a
message coded in UTF-8. In all the UTF-8 encoded messages, the name
BjЎrn was written correctly, so the writer will claim that your sofware
cannot handle UTF-8 properly. By the way, that includes my system.

The discussion to use or not to use UTF-8 has passed here many times and
does not come to a mutual agreement.

P.S. If the name BjЎrn is mangled in this message, it is all due to my
inabillity to configure this message editor.
