KPN (the old incumbent) has not mentioned an explicit date, but it is clear that they will fase out ISDN. No more new connections.

X75 over VOIP makes little or no sense to me. To me it looks like putting a man on a horse on a trailer behind a car. Perhaps useful if one wants to ride in an area too far away for the horse to get their on itsown power, but if you just want to get the man from A to B, forget about the horse and the trailer and just have the man sit in the car...
I still see X75 flags in the German, Austrian and Swiss part of the Nodelist. But not much in the rest of the world. In R28 it has been gone for several years. The system of Kees van Eeten was the last to fly an X75 flag. Something broke and as he no longer had ISDN callers, he did not bother to repair it.
