Indeed, no literal IPv6 address in the nodelist right now. But there has been at least one in the past. In NODELIST.036 of 2016. I wrote a Fidonews article about it in Feb 2016.

The problem with "recommendations" is that there is no global consencus on the degree of compulsivity. In some cultures, such as mine, "not recomended" is almost equivalent to "not allowed", only to be used when there is absolutely no other way. In other cultures, apparently in parts of Northern America, a "recommendation" means little or nothing and can be ignored without consequences.
